Great news....

I wanted to send a quick update, as we’re proud to announce some very exciting news!

Since our earliest days I have wanted Frontline to be fully accredited, and in particular, have sought to test the company’s policies and procedures. It’s important to get that all-important ‘stamp of approval’ in the right way.

As a family company, I often think about the milestones along the journey to where we are now. Where we once had company phones ringing in the dining room, we soon transitioned to an office space which made us feel more like a ‘real’ company. Today marks an important point in our ongoing evolution, as Frontline achieves ISO accreditation.

We’re now accredited to two standards: ISO 27001, and ISO 9001. But what do these two accreditations mean in practice?

ISO 270001 is centred all-around information security, while ISO 9001 relates to business processes. We’ve worked our socks off to achieve these accreditations, and I’m so proud of the hard work everyone has put into making this happen. It’s a testament to the talent and skill at the company! We’re committed to ensuring we adhere to these accreditations.

Sean has assumed the role of IMS manager, ensuring all the actions are taken to help us sail through our audit in twelve months. He’ll be supported by the IMS committee (comprised of Tracey, Marie and I). Together, we’ll monitor, review and work towards ongoing compliance in all necessary areas.

A sincere thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey so far – and here’s to many more years together.

David
